The Microorganism Linguistics project was an attempt to create a symbolic circuit platform to facilitate understanding between human and nonhuman life. Kombucha was observed during its' brewing process, and emergent shapes were used to form a sort of choreography so that the shapes might be understood via the human body. Those body positions were then translated into shapes suitable for fabrication. The copper foil layer can be soldered, allowing each of the anthropomorphized characters to be connected to a circuit and make a sort of "keyboard" in non-human language.
